- Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed and accurate estimates for property damage repairs.
- Prepare detail assessment reports to support insurance claim & restoration plan

- Analyze damage assessments and provide cost estimates for repairs and restoration.
- Review and interpret project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and insurance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address any questions or concerns related to estimates.
